ELLEN AZORIN is a former award-winning advertising writer/creative director. She left advertising to devote herself to her own writing, and to running a music booking agency specializing in Brazilian music and other World music, as well as jazz. She makes her home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, but savors the beauty and tranquility of northern California wine country, which has inspired much of her writing. She also finds beauty and serenity in watercolor painting.

Her latest volume, “FRUITSALAD,” is published as the world struggles to find its way back to health, fairness, and peace.
